Hardik Pandya is in a sensational form in the IPL 2022. A sensational form not only consists of good rhythm with whatever skills a player has but a bit of luck going towards his/her way.

Pandya has made his comeback to cricket after several months of rehabilitation after injury. He wasn't in complete rhythm the last he played for any team (India in T20 World Cup).

But that thing is now past. Pandya has recovered well and has hit over 250 runs in just six games while batting in the top order. Pandya has not only found his lost touch in both batting and bowling but also the luck is going the all-rounder's way.

During the Gujarat Titans vs Kolkata Knight Riders match, Hardik arrived at the crease in the second over to bat at number three after Shubman Gill got out cheaply. Pandya smacked 10 runs in the first four deliveries he faced against Tim Southee in the same over the wicket fell.

On the last ball of the over, Southee bowled a back of the length delivery, seeing Pandya charging down the track. The ball bounced and struck Hardik's shoulders. It seemed the Gujarat captain lost the ball in the air while being in the middle of the pitch.

Southee quickly grabbed the ball as Pandya tried going back to the crease. Southee reached the ball and had all three stumps to aim at as Pandya was miles away from the crease. However, to Pandya's luck, Southee missed the stumps by a mile and Pandya survived.
