Women's World Cup: In the crucial match played between New Zealand and England played on Sunday, England managed to sneak in a thrilling 1-wicket win. In the match, English captain Heather Knight gained traction with her batting but also went on to impress with her fitness while fielding. Amidst the White Ferns' batting, Heather Knight caught an outstanding one-handed catch. 

England team opted to bowl first after winning the toss, and New Zealand were bowled out for a total of 203 runs. In the 39th over, everyone witnessed this beautiful catch by Knight. The England skipper leapt into the air to take a one-handed catch with her right hand and the fans have been lauding her fitness ever since.

A video of the same has been shared by ICC on their official social media platform. In the video, we can see Lea Tahuhu on strike, and on the second delivery by Sophie Ecclestone, Knight went for a cover drive but failed to keep the ball on the ground. Heather Knight timed her jump to perfection and caught the ball one-handed while still being air-borne. It is also noteworthy that while chasing a target of 203, Heather scored 42 runs off 53 balls with 4 boundaries. Natalie Sciver remained the top scorer with 61 runs as defending champions managed to win the match by 1 wicket.
