India vs Sri Lanka: Team India have been demolishing Sri Lanka in the 1st test after opting to bat first, and Ravindra Jadeja led the attack on his shoulders on the second as he thrashed all the Lankan bowlers with no difference.

Ravindra Jadeja was out from active cricket since November 2021 due to an injury, and in his first test since India took on New Zealand at home in 2021. In his return test match, Jadeja amassed runs effortlessly remaining as the top scorer for the Indian team in the first innings. However, Jadeja was given a chance when he was batting at 155*, as Lankans displayed a proper 'comedy of errors'.

Sri Lankan Vishwa Fernando was bowling the 125th over the first innings. The Lankan bowler bowled an off-cutter on the second delivery which was softly pushed through mid-wicket by Ravindra Jadeja. The Indian batters completed a run and Mohammad Shami, batting at 1(16) on the other end ran almost halfway through the pitch for the 2nd run. Jadeja sent Shami back, and both the batters were at the non-striker's end for a moment.

However, Vishwa Fernando didn't notice this as he collected the throw and dislodged the stump on his own, while both the batters were way off from the other end.
