South Africa vs India: In the ongoing 3rd test match, Indian captain Virat Kohli won the toss and opted to bat first. However, the Indian openers were dismissed in the first hour of the play on Day 1 and the responsibility fell on Team India's most experienced batters - Cheteshwar Pujara and captain Virat Kohli to carry the innings forward.
Virat Kohli played 15 dot balls before scoring his first run. The captain was seen leaving all length deliveries rather cautiously, waiting for the loose or full-length balls to score his runs. After facing 15 dot balls, Virat opened his run account as he smacked Marco Jansen on the first delivery of the 19th over.
Marco Jansen came in to bowl his 3rd over of the spell. On the first delivery, Jansen pitched a full-length delivery outside the off-stump. Kohli dispatched this delivery with his trademark cover drive. Even though fans constantly post about how deliveries outside the off-stump are Virat Kohli's weakness but 'King' Kohli yet again proved that in fact, those deliveries are his strength.
