Pakistan's batting is slowly becoming a dominant force with the likes of Babar Azam, Fawad Alam, and Mohammad Rizwan in the middle order. Azhar Ali, too, has been a consistent run-scorer at number three. 

Shaheen Shah Afridi is in a golden run of form. His bowling standards are pretty high and will easily feature in the top three wicket-takers in this series. 

Australia's batting order is pretty solid with Usman Khawaja likely to open with David Warner, followed by Marnus Labuschagne and Steve Smith. Australia bat deep but are inexperienced in playing in Pakistan, it will be a great test of their abilities. 

The team management will have to look at whether to play Ashton Agar, Mitchell Swepson, or Cameron Green as the fifth bowler. The management is likely to go with Ashton Agar in the first test.
