It was a doubleheader Saturday that saw Gujarat Titans defeat Royal Challengers Bangalore in the afternoon and Mumbai Indians beat Rajasthan Royals in the night.
Gujarat's game was clinically finished yet again by Rahul Tewatia and David Miller as they chased down the 171-run target with three balls to spare and six wickets in hand. RCB's 170-run total came - courtesy of Virat Kohli and Rajat Patidar's half-centuries.
Mumbai finally managed to finish the game as they chased down 159 runs against Rajasthan with four wickets in hand and four balls left. It was MI's first win of the season after losing record eight matches. RR scored a below-par total of 158 despite Jos Buttler's 67. Suryakumar Yadav scored a fifty to help the five-time champions finally register a win this season.
