Is Yuzvendra Chahal The New Captain Of Rajasthan Royals?

Sanju Samson congratulated Yuzvendra Chahal for becoming the new captain of the Rajasthan Royals.

The Indian Premier League(IPL) 2022 is set to begin on 26th March and all franchises have begun their preparation to win the title. The preparation involves making a leadership group that will involve individuals who take the calls on the field. A captain is important for such decisions. 

Yuzvendra Chahal is a former chess champion and an experienced campaigner. It seems that the IPL 2008 winners have decided to make Chahal the captain of the team for the IPL 2022 in place of Sanju Samson. 

Chahal has checked in to the team hotel and immediately, RR's official Twitter handle announced that the leg-spinner will be leading the team for the upcoming season. He was even congratulated by Samson.

Prankster Chahal 

Yuzvendra Chahal has been active on Twitter and engaging with the official handle of the RR team. Chahal even warned that he will hack the RR Twitter account and it seems that he has succeeded.

Soon after he got the password from the RR team owner, the official Twitter handle announced the news of Chahal being the captain of the team. Yuzi has even begun planning about where he will be batting - as an opener. 

It will be fun to see how long Chahal's prank will go on or will the Rajasthan Royals give in and make him the captain eventually.
