In the ongoing test match between India & New Zealand on the 3rd day, the Kiwi batting went through a collapse in the second session. Indian bowlers picked up wickets at regular intervals, but the biggest shock the New Zealand team received was Tom Latham's wicket, who looked well set after facing 282 deliveries.

Tom Latham was batting on 95 when Axar Patel finally got his man. Latham displayed a sensible batting performance but on the first delivery of the 103rd over, he went down the ground to push the ball towards the off-side.

However, Axar Patel saw Latham advancing and pitched the ball short & wide. The ball landed in the rough and turned big with bounce to beat the batter. The ball took the batter's glove and bounced to the keeper.

KS Bharat, who is fielding as a substitute wicketkeeper for Wriddhiman Saha, was alert in collecting the ball despite the deviation and dislodged the bails. Tom Latham was a long way ahead of the crease to play the ball and the vigilant KS Bharat made sure that Latham went before he reached his century.
