CSK vs RCB IPL 2022: Every cricket enthusiast always adores a good fielding position regardless of the teams they're supporting or associated with. Chennai Super Kings' Ambati Rayudu displayed one such excellent piece of fielding in the IPL 2022 match against Royal Challengers Bangalore. 

Akash Deep, the young Bangalore bowler came on to bat at #9 after RCB lost their 7th wicket in the 16th over. Chennai captain, Ravindra Jadeja dismissed RCB's all-rounder Wanindu Hasaranga on the second delivery. With all the batters out and DK on the crease, RCB's youngster Akash Deep came out to bat.

On the 4th ball of the same over, Jadeja bowled a short of a good length delivery and held onto the pitch for a bit. Akash Deep committed early into the shot and ended up pushing it towards his offside. Ambati Rayudu dived full-length to his right at short cover and grabbed the stunner out of thin air with three fingers of his right hand. This catch by Ambati Rayudu didn't fail to surprise and shock all the people watching, including former Royal Challengers' captain Virat Kohli.

Talking about the match, Royal Challengers Bangalore captain Faf du Plessis won the toss & opted to bowl first against Chennai Super Kings in the 22nd match of IPL 2022. With excellent knocks from Shivam Dube (96*) and Robin Uthappa (88), CSK posted a mammoth total of 216/4 in 20 overs. In reply, RCB suffered a top-order collapse, but youngsters Shabaz Ahmed (41) and debutant Suyash Prabhudessai (34) held the crease for a while. DK smacked 34 runs off 14 balls but failed to finish the game as RCB managed 193/9 in 20 overs, losing the match by 23 runs at Dr DY Patil Sports Academy, Mumbai.
