24th September, Kolkata (CRICKETNMORE): Kolkata beat Perth by 3 wickets in a close match at Rajiv Gandhi International Stadium, Uppal, Hyderabad. Chasing a target of 152, Kolkata lost 3 wickets early in the innings but some fine batting performances by Manish Pandey, Yusuf Pathan and speciallay Suryakumar Yadav turned the match in favour of Kolkata. S. Yadav scored a match winning 43* off just 19 balls. as he scored a quick 43* in just 19 ballls.

Adam Voges : It is heartbreaking it was a terrific game of cricket, couple of tough games and this time we are at the wrong end. We had a total to defend but credit to Yadav for playing well. Couple of deliveries in the 19th over costed us badly but Yadav played superbly to take the game away from us. At the half way stage We thought we were in the game with 150, early wickets was the plan but they have a strong line, they just keep coming at you.
