Feb. 23 (CRICKETNMORE) - Australia are 84/1 at Lunch on day one of the opening Border-Gavaskar trophy test at Pune on Thursday. Both the openers M Renshaw and D Warner put 82 runs for the first wicket before Umesh Yadav dismissed Warner for 38. The other opener M Renshaw (36*) has retired due to an upset stomach and leaves the field shortly before lunch due to illness, immediately after David Warner's dismissal
Captain Steve Smith & Shaun Marsh were at the crease.
Earlier, Australian skipper Steven Smith won the toss and elected to bat against India. Medium pacer Bhuvneshwar Kumar was replaced by spinning all-rounder Jayant Yadav while Australia were playing two pacers and two spinners on a slow and low track.
