Former India captain Sourav Ganguly has urged head coach Gautam Gambhir to include spinner Kuldeep Yadav in the playing XI for the fifth and final Test against England at The Oval.

Ganguly believes that with the right bowling attack and consistent batting, India can level the series 2-2. Reflecting on India's strong batting in the drawn Manchester Test, he called the Lord’s defeat a missed opportunity.

Praising the young batters for their overseas performance, Ganguly said it's a positive sign for Indian cricket. He also lauded Rishabh Pant’s contributions, expressing concern over his injury.

The series decider will begin at The Oval, London, on August 1. England currently lead the series 2-1.
