T20 World Cup: दक्षिण अफ्रीका के खेल मंत्री गेटन मैकेंजी ने प्रोटियाज से अफ़गानिस्तान के खिलाफ़ 2025 आईसीसी चैंपियंस ट्रॉफी मैच का बहिष्कार करने का आग्रह किया है, क्योंकि तालिबान सरकार ने 2021 में सत्ता में वापस आने के बाद से महिलाओं के खेल पर प्रतिबंध लगा दिया है और महिला क्रिकेट टीम को भंग कर दिया है।
तेम्बा बावुमा की अगुवाई वाली दक्षिण अफ्रीका 21 फरवरी को पाकिस्तान के कराची में नेशनल स्टेडियम में अफ़गानिस्तान के खिलाफ़ ग्रुप बी मुकाबले के ज़रिए अपने 2025 चैंपियंस ट्रॉफी अभियान की शुरुआत करेगी। दोनों टीमें इंग्लैंड और ऑस्ट्रेलिया के साथ ग्रुप बी में हैं।
