In this match, star-batter Virat Kohli yet again failed in making a major contribution to the team's cause. Avesh Khan dismissed the 33-year old batter and sent him back to the pavilion, and then displayed an animated playoff. A video of the same has surfaced on social media.
Virat Kohli played a knock of 25 runs in 24 deliveries in this match, scoring a mere two boundaries in the innings while opening for RCB. Man of the match in the last game for RCB, Virat Kohli had an ordinary strike rate of around 100 in this knock-out match, which didn't help the team in any way on a high scoring venue.
