Ashes 2023: 'Match Was Well Within Our Grasp', Says Cummins After Australia's Win At Edgbaston
Ashes Test: Pat Cummins revealed that when he went out to bat on Day 5 of the opening Ashes Test at Edgbaston, Australia had a decent chance of winning.
Cummins came on the bat when Australia needed 72 runs to win with three wickets in hand. Shortly thereafter, he witnessed the dismissal of Alex Carey, who made an unsuccessful attempt to strike Joe Root straight down the field.
