Liverpool Captain Virgil Van Dijk Reveals ‘progress’ On Contract Extension Talks

Virgil Van Dijk: Liverpool captain Virgil Van Dijk has revealed there has been ‘progress’ in terms of his talks with the Merseyside club regarding a new contract as his current deal runs out at the end of the season.

Van Dijk, alongside Mohamed Salah and Trent Alexander-Arnold have been integral cogs of Liverpool’s success in the past few years and all three are out of a contract this year putting fans on red alert.
