Italy Overpower Turkiye 3-1 To Stay In Contention For Nations League QF
Nations League Group A1: Roberto Mancini claimed a first win on home soil since returning as Italy manager as the Azzurri defeated Turki̇ye 3-1 and climbed to second place in their Nations League Group A1.
Gianluca Scamacca's opener was the difference at the interval, but Aral Şimşir managed to draw Turki̇ye level after the restart. Parity would not remain for long, however, as Riccardo Calafiori came off the bench to head his side back in front before Pio Esposito sealed the win in the closing stages.
