    UEFA Super Cup: Gianluigi Donnarumma's agent Enzo Raiola has revealed he was shocked after Paris Saint-Germain showed ‘zero respect’ by axing the Italian goalkeeper from the squad ahead of their UEFA Super Cup fixture against Tottenham Hotspur on Wednesday.
