IWL 2023-24: Bottom-dwellers East Bengal And Sports Odisha Share Points With Goalless Draw

East Bengal Ground: East Bengal FC and Sports Odisha played out a goalless draw in the Indian Women’s Football League (IWL) 2023-24 at the East Bengal Ground here on Tuesday.

Both teams, desperate for points, started cautiously and tried to gauge each other. But the Red and Gold Brigade gradually found their rhythm as the game progressed.

Minutes later, Sports Odisha had their first real chance as Deepa Nayak connected with a cross, but her header narrowly went over the crossbar.
