Buenos Aires: Colombia international playmaker Juan Fernando Quintero is close to joining Argentina's Racing Club on a free transfer, according to widespread media reports.
The news comes less than three weeks after Quintero parted ways with Colombian side Junior Barranquilla, reportedly due to a rift with manager Hernan Gomez.
The 30-year-old, who has 32 Colombia caps, is understood to have agreed to personal terms of a deal that will run until December 2025, reports Xinhua news agency.
