Pakistan downed Sri Lanka by seven wickets to win the first Twenty20 international in Abu Dhabi, taking a 1-0 lead in the three-match series on Thursday. Hasan Ali finished with a career best 3-23 to bowl Sri Lanka out for 102 in 18.3 overs before Pakistan reached the target in 17.2 overs.
