India vs Sri Lanka: India is hosting Sri Lanka for a day/night test at Chinnaswamy Stadium, Bangalore which is being played with a pink ball. Indian team opted to bat first and were restricted to a total of 252 runs on a bowler-friendly pitch. Shreyas Iyer (92) remained as the top scorer for the Indian team in the 1st innings. 

While Shreyas Iyer held one end ever since he came on to bat at #6 but wickets kept falling regularly on the other end. Amidst this, Shreyas Iyer displayed some magnificent shots, so much that it left many fans in attendance at the stadium shocked and stunned. 

In the 48th over of the 1st innings, Shreyas Iyer came down the track against Dhananjaya de Silva on the last ball and smacked the ball straight for a huge six. The ball landed on the roof of the Chinnaswamy stadium as Iyer completed his fifty in the best possible way. The camera moved towards the fans and many of them were seen stunned by Shreyas Iyer's mighty hit.

While talking about the match, India managed to posts 252/10 on the board. As many as 8 Indian batters fell prey to Indian bowlers and walked back towards the pavilion. While writing this piece, Sri Lanka are 50/4 in 16 over with Jasprit Bumrah and Mohammad Shami registering 2 wickets each to their name.
