The intruder came running towards Virat Kohli but police took him out in an epic manner which left the RCB batter in splits.

A cricket match is never really complete without the presence of the fans. They make an atmosphere that brings in more excitement and sometimes even helps the players to boost their confidence. 

In the last two years, crowds weren't allowed to enter the stadium due to the covid situation. However, finally, the crowds are finally back in the stadiums in India, and what better tournament than IPL, where they get to see all the big stars play. With crowds back, they have also brought back regular intrusions on to the field. 

In the IPL 2022 Eliminator game between Royal Challengers Bangalore and Lucknow Super Giants, a case of ground intrusion came forward. Someone from the crowd entered the playing area and came running towards Virat Kohli, who was fielding at the boundary. 

Kohli tried to stay away from the intruder due to the covid protocols and the police arrived just at the right time when an intruder came too close to the star batter. However, the way police took the intruder out, even left Kohli in splits. 

One policeman picked him up just like John Cena used to do in the WWE and ran outside the playing area. Watching all this happen, Kohli was surprised and laughed out loud. He even did the same action, making sense of what did he just witnessed in the middle of a cricket ground.

Virat Kohli has one of the biggest fan bases in India. Even though the batter hasn't scored a mammoth of runs, like he usually does, but has made his impact on the field and also won RCB the final league game against Gujarat helping them make a place in the top four. 

With the win in the Eliminator last night, Royal Challengers progress into the Qualifier 2 where they will meet Rajasthan Royals. The match will be played at Narendra Modi Stadium, Ahmedabad on Friday.
