SRH vs RCB IPL 2022: Umran Malik has been a fantastic bowler to witness in this season of the IPL, and has managed to impress one & all. However, the bowler's pace has become his weakness in the past few matches for Sunrisers Hyderabad. Umran has had bad days and on some of them, he has gone wicketless and for 50 runs in his full quota of 4 overs. The bowler's bad run continued in the match against Royal Challengers Bangalore.
Umran Malik came on to bowl his first over of the match, and RCB batters Faf du Plessis and Rajat Patidar immediately took on the youngster. With the help of raining fours & sixes, the Bangalore duo added 20 runs in the over, after which the bowler was taken off the attack by captain Kane Williamson.
In the very first over by Umran, with the help of 3 fours & a six, a total of 20 runs were looted in 6 balls and RCB got the groove needed to carry on the batting after the dismissal of Virat Kohli on the very first delivery. Many experts have advised that Umran Malik needs to concentrate on his line and length along with his pace but at the moment, the bowler seems to be struggling with correct line & length.
