CSK vs MI IPL 2022: Chennai Super Kings, in a do-or-die match against rivals Mumbai Indians, are suffering from probably the worse luck in 15 years. As was witnessed at the toss, there was a power issue at the stadium due to which one of the floodlights wasn't functioning. This power failure probably caused the collapse for Chennai Super Kings' batting.

Daniel Sams was bowling the first over of the match. Ruturaj Gaikwad took a single on the first delivery and brought Devon Conway on strike, who had smashed three consecutive fifties in the last three matches.

On the second delivery, Sams bowled a length bowl which shaped in to beat Conway's flick. The ball brushed the batters pad and the bowl looked to be missing leg as it was struck around the leg stump line. However, the umpire adjudged it out.

Due to a power failure at the Wankhede Stadium, Mumbai, the DRS wasn't available for the first two overs of Chennai Super Kings' innings. Conway wanted to review it but wasn't able to. Even MS Dhoni and other members of the CSK team were seen seeing the replay on TV.
