Warner hit at nets, temporarily out of action

Melbourne, Dec 27 (CRICKETNMORE): Australia's problem with the injuries continued as explosive opener David Warner hit on the right forearm Saturday morning.

During a net session before play on day two,  the opener was struck a nasty blow on his left thumb by a Peter Siddle delivery. He threw the ball back to Siddle before immediately leaving the nets and heading to the rooms. "David Warner was hit in the right forearm during this morning's net session," a Cricket Australia spokesperson said. "He has significant bruising which is limiting his ability to field at the moment." 

As a result of the injury, he was no able to come on field on Saturday.
