Ahead of the 5th test match against England, team India is playing a 4-day practice match against Leicestershire. After Indian captain Rohit Sharma won the toss & opted to bat first, the Indian batters displayed a disappointing performance. Although Virat Kohli and KS Bharat showed grit and helped India cross the 200-run mark.
During this, Virat Kohli was seen in an excellent form as he played his trademark cover drive & pull shot, and it seemed like the former captain was in the mood for a big knock. However, Leicestershire pacer Roman Walker didn't let Virat perform to his full extent and dismissed him LBW. However, Virat Kohli seemed rather unhappy with the umpire's decision and even engaged in an argument with the umpire for a bit.
After the ball brushed Virat Kohli's pads, the fielding team went up in an appeal. After taking a bit of time, the umpire raised his finger. Virat seemed confused and unhappy with this decision and started staring at the umpire. The batter was confused as to why he was given out. The batter was even seen displaying his discontent in actions towards the umpire.
