In the ongoing crucial match between India & New Zealand in the Super 12 stage of the ICC T20 World Cup 2021, India is batting first after losing the toss. Team management surprised everyone as Ishan Kishan was sent in to open in place of Rohit Sharma, with KL Rahul. 

In the 3rd over, which was being bowled by Trent Boult, Ishan Kishan was caught out on the 5th ball. Rohit Sharma was then sent in to bat at #3. Sharma always has had troubles against Boult, and the left-handed pacer pitched the first delivery to Rohit Sharma short of length. 'Hitman' played his favourite hook shot but couldn't connect and sent it straight to the fielder.

Adam Milne who was fielding at deep fine leg dropped the catch and gave a lifeline to Rohit. During this, we saw that Rohit Sharma's wife - Ritika Sajdeh was scared when the ball went up in the air and as soon as Milne dropped it, she left a huge sigh of relief. We saw Prithi Narayanan, Ravichandran Ashwin's wife was caressing Ritika Sajdeh's back as she was getting anxious.

On the other hand, while writing this piece, India is at 40/3 in 7.4 overs and India have just lost the wicket of Rohit Sharma. VIrat Kohli & Rishabh Pant are at the crease and India would be hoping to finish on a higher note.
