In the 1st Qualifier Match Of The IPL 2021, Chennai Super Kings Captain MS Dhoni won the toss and elected to bowl first against Delhi Capitals. Rishabh Pant, batting at 42*, cleared the boundary with one hand during an over of Shardul Thakur.
In the 15th over of the innings, on the second delivery of Thakur's over, Thakur bowled a full toss, which Pant decided to give a real whack and sent it for an 86-metre six over mid-wicket.
Right now, Pant is batting at 42 off 28 balls, with 2 fours & 2 sixes. WHile Hetmeyer has held at the other end with 32 runs off 22 balls with 3 fours & 1 six. Delhi is looking strong to finish as they are at 154-4 in 18 overs with both these batters looking in destructive mood.
