In the first qualifier of IPL 2021, Delhi Capitals set a target of 173 runs against Chennai Super Kings to reach the final. Chasing this target, CSK gave an excellent reply, thanks to Robin Uthappa's fiery innings.
Uthappa, who has been away from the limelight till now, was sent by Dhoni to bat at number three and he did not disappoint his captain at all. Uthappa played a blistering inninga of 63 runs in 44 balls before being dismissed. During this, he thrashed Delhi Capitals' fast bowler Avesh Khan fiercely.
