IPL 2022 SRH vs RR: Umran Malik has been an exciting prospect in the fast bowling department ever since his debut in IPL 2021. Malik displayed his bettered skills as he sent back dangerous-looking Padikkal with fast delivery. 

In the ongoing match between Sunrisers Hyderabad and Rajasthan Royals, Umran Malik yet again displayed his pace. Despite getting hammered for 21 runs by Jos Buttler in a single over inside the powerplay, Malik created a chance in the same over which was missed by Abdul Samad in the slips. 

On the last ball of the 15th over, Malik bowled a back of length delivery that slanted in towards the offside for the left-hander. The 21-year old batter looked to place it towards the third man but the ball nipped in, skidded through and dislodged the middle and off stump. 

Before getting dismissed, Devdutt Padikkal, came in to bat in the 9th over when the score read 75/2 and smacked  41 runs off just 29 balls at a strike rate of 141.38 with 4 fours and 2 sixes.

While talking about the match, Rajasthan Royals are at 189/4 in 18.1 overs after being asked to abt first by Sunrisers Hyderabad captain Kane Williamson. Shimron Hetmeyer and Riyan Parag are at the crease for Hyderabad in an effort to provide an explosive finish and put on a massive score on the board.
