Zimbabwe v Australia, 2007

Zimbabwe stunned favourites and reigning 50-over World Cup champions Australia by five wickets in Cape Town.

Australia were restricted to 138-9, with Elton Chigumbura and Gary Brent claiming five wickets between them.

Brendan Taylor shrugged off a rain delay with 60 off 45 balls before the game was settled on the penultimate ball with four leg-byes.

Afghanistan v West Indies, 2016

In Nagpur, Afghanistan managed to defend the World Cup's second-lowest total. A 40-ball 48 from Najibullah Zadran helped Afghanistan post 123.

West Indies then failed to get on top of the Afghanistan spinners with Mohammad Nabi, Amir Hamza and Rashid Khan sharing five wickets as the Caribbean side fell six runs short.

West Indies had the last laugh, however, when they went on to defeat England in the final for a second World T20 title.

Hong Kong v Bangladesh, 2014

Hong Kong had looked to be on a hiding to nothing when they faced hosts Bangladesh in Chattogram. They had already lost to Nepal by 80 runs and seven wickets at the hands of Afghanistan.

However, they went out of the tournament on a high with a two-wicket win over the Tigers.

Spinners Nadeem Ahmed (4-21) and Nizakat Khan (3-19) helped Hong Kong dismiss Bangladesh for just 108, before opener Irfan Ahmed (34 off 28 balls) and Munir Dar (36 off 27) saw them home.

Scotland v Bangladesh, 2021

Chris Greaves starred with bat and ball as Scotland shocked Bangladesh with a six-run win in Muscat on Sunday. Greaves' 28-ball 45 guided Scotland to 140-9 and he then took two key wickets with his leg-spin to limit Bangladesh to 134-7.

Greaves, who had earlier rescued Scotland from 53-6 with his batting, sent back Shakib Al Hasan, for 20, and Mushfiqur Rahim, for 38 to dent Bangladesh's chase.

Pace bowler Brad Wheal returned figures of 3-24 as world number six Bangladesh suffered an early setback in their fight to make the Super 12 stage.
