Dhaka, Dec 30 (IANS) Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) selectors have received good news from Australia with opener Tamim Iqbal undergoing successful surgery on his injured left-knee.

According to Bangladeshi daily The Daily Star, Australian surgeon David Young, who conducted the operation, confirmed that the player would be able to return to training in two to three weeks time following his rehabilitation.
