Supreme court to hear CAB's plea on Justice Lodha panel recommendations ()
New Delhi 23 January- The Supreme court on Friday said it will hear the plea of the Cricket Association of Bihar (CAB) seeking implementation of the Justice R.M. Lodha committee recommendations on reforms in the BCCI.
An apex court bench headed by Chief Justice T.S. Thakur said the matter would be heard by a special bench at a later date.
The Justice R.M. Lodha Committee in its January 4 report had made a host of recommendations to improve cricket administration in the country, including restructuring the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) and legalising betting.
