New Delhi, May 2 (CRICKETNMORE) The Supreme Court bench of Justices S.A. Bobde and A.M. Sapre were expected to hear the BCCI matter on Thursday, but that didnt happen as the respective court didnt sit on the day. The hearing was earlier adjourned on April 25.
With numerous interim applications pending before the SC, amicus curiae P.S. Narasimha met officials from the state cricket bodies along with the three Committee of Administrators (CoA) members on April 24 to discuss the objections of the state associations to certain proposals of the Lodha panel.
The amicus curiae had told the state associations that they will have to register their constitution in toto with the proposals of the Lodha panel to get their grant.
