Sunrisers Leeds, formerly known as Northern Superchargers, is a professional 100-ball cricket franchise based in Leeds, England, representing Yorkshire and the North East region in The Hundred. Established ahead of the tournament’s inaugural 2021 season, both the team play their home matches at Headingley Cricket Ground, the historic home of Yorkshire County Cricket Club.
In 2025, the franchise underwent a major ownership change during The Hundred’s investment process, with Sun TV Network Limited acquiring full ownership and taking operational control from October 1, 2025. Soon after the takeover, the franchise was officially rebranded as Sunrisers Leeds in November 2025, marking a new chapter in the team’s history.
