South Africa vs Pakistan, 1st ODI Match Preview:

South Africa has picked a strong batting unit that includes the likes of Quinton de Kock, Aiden Markram, David Miller, something they missed in their tour to Pakistan earlier this year. Wian Mulder could be the player to watch out for in this series along with Janneman Malan. 

The bowling is strong as well as both Kagiso Rabada and Anrich Nortje will be featuring in the opening game. Junior Dala has been impressive and could be the game-changer for South Africa. 

Pakistan's batting also looks strong. Imam Ul Haq has made his comeback into the side while Babar Azam and Mohammad Rizwan have been in good touch lately. 

Shaheen Afridi is in sublime touch with the ball and will be the key player for Pakistan on pitches that will extract pace and bounce. Haris Rauf, too, will be exciting to watch on the bouncy South African pitches. 

Pakistan will be confident coming to South Africa after recently beating the same opponents at their home.
