Kolkata, May 4 (Cricketnmore): Former India cricket captain Sourav Ganguly on Wednesday wished luck to his former-teammate Sachin Tendulkar after he accepted the Indian Olympic Association's (IOA) proposal to be one of the goodwill ambassadors for the country's contingent at the upcoming Rio Olympics.
“You got to leave some decision to the Indian Olympic Association (IOA). You keep on asking my opinion. I don’t believe in giving opinion on everything. I wish them all the best,” Ganguly told reporters here at an event.
The 43-year-old said Tendulkar had done wonders for the nation and hence the IOA was right in choosing him as the ambassador.
