LSG vs CSK IPL 2022: In the 7th match of the IPL 2021, Chennai Super Kings posted a target of 211 against Lucknow Super Giants at Brabourne Stadium, Mumbai. Coming out to bat after losing the toss, CSK put on a brilliant batting display with all the batters scoring at a strike rate of 150+. Amidst this, young left-hander Shivam Dube displayed his strength and skills even though missing out on the fifty. 

Shivam Dube came out to bat at #4 for CSK after opener Robin Uthappa was dismissed. Failing to perform in the last match, not many fans expected this young batter to do anything substantial but the southpaw managed to silence the critics with his performance with the bat. Batting at a strike rate of 164, Dube smacked 5 fours and 2 sixes to score 49 runs off 30 balls. A huge six was witnessed amidst this inning by Shivam Dube, which landed 94 metres away.

This six by Shivam Dube was witnessed in the death overs of the CSK's innings. The 18th over of the innings was being bowled by Sri Lankan pacer Dushmantha Chameera. On the 5th ball of this over, Shivam Dube produced a magnificent pull shot and displayed his strength and muscle, depositing the ball 94 metres away from the pitch. The shot was so magnificent that none of the CSK players could hold the applause for the batter.

While talking about the match, Lucknow requires another 39 runs to win in 16 balls with 6 wickets in hand. Lewis (39*) and Badoni (0*) are at the crease for Lucknow. Earlier, LSG captain KL Rahul won the toss & opted to bowl first against Chennai Super Kings in the 7th match of the IPL 2022. This match is being played at Brabourne Stadium, Mumbai.
