Sep 19 (CRICKETNMORE) India head coach Ravi Shastri went down memory lane to relieve the magic of Yuvraj Singh's six sixes against England in the inaugural World T20 which M.S. Dhoni-led India won.
"12 years ago, I had microphone in my hand and junior had the willow. Relive the magic," Shastri wrote in a tweet sharing the video of Yuvraj smashing a young Stuart Broad to all corners of the park. Shastri was commentating when it happened on this day in 2007.
Yuvraj set Kingsmead on fire hitting six sixes in an over bringing the world to its feet. In the first edition of the T20 World Cup in South Africa, India were in a tight spot as they had to beat England in their group game to keep their chances alive of making it to the semi-finals in Durban.
