Sydney, Dec 7 (IANS) Australian all-rounder Shane Watson Sunday said the team would not be shying away from being aggressive and would look to inflicting "pain" on the visiting Indian team when they meet in the first cricket Test at the Adelaide Oval Tuesday.
Watson believed that the Aussies have performed at their best whenever they have been "aggressive" and it was time to give the Indians a taste of their own medicine as the last time when Australia toured India they failed miserably losing 0-4. With the change of backyard, Watson hoped for a change in the fortunes.
"We know what we have to do to do well against the Indians. They hammered us in their conditions so we have a lot to give back to them in our conditions. They let us know when they were on top last year. We need to make sure we start off well in that series and stay strong to make sure they feel a similar pain as we did over in India," Watson was quoted as saying by the Daily Telegraph.
