Dubai, July 26 (CRICKETNMORE): Star Indian off-spinner Ravichandran Ashwin's match-winning seven-wicket haul in the first Test against the West Indies helped him regain the No.1 spot among bowlers in the latest International Cricket Council (ICC) Test rankings released here on Tuesday. The Chennai born tweaker not only regained the top spot in the bowler rankings but also consolidated his position as the best all-rounder with a knock of 113 in the first innings of the Antigua Test, which India won by an innings and 92 runs at the Sir Viv Richards stadium on Monday.
Ashwin has replaced Pakistan leg-spinner Yasir Shah, who had grabbed the number one ranking for bowlers only last week with a 10-wicket haul in the opening Test against England at Lord.
