Rajasthan's four batters - Jos Buttler, Devdutt Padikkal, Sanju Samson, and Shimron Hetmyer - are in prime form. Rassie Van der Dussen was added last game and has great potential in controlling the inning. There is no batting depth and everything falls on the top five batters; if they fail, there's no coming back.
The bowling has done decently well so far. Yuzvendra Chahal has been unplayable while R Ashwin has given control. Pacers have also done well.
Gujarat's batting more or less depends on either Shubman Gill or Hardik Pandya to stretch the inning. Rahmanullah Gurbaz might get a game in place of Mathew Wade to give the Titans a strong start.
The bowling has been terrific for Gujarat. Barring off days, GT's bowling isn't easy to play, it has high-quality fast bowlers and a leg-spinner named Rashid Khan. Lack of sixth bowling hurts on off days though.
