'Never Claimed That I Was A Vegan': Virat Kohli Asks Trollers To 'Take A Deep Breath'

Virat Kohli on Tuesday issued a clarification saying he never claimed to be a vegan and has always been a vegetarian after his answer to a question went viral a few days earlier. 

I never claimed to be vegan. Always maintained I'm vegetarian. Take a deep breath and eat your Veggies (if you want)

During a question-answer session with his fans on Instagram, Kohli was asked about his diet in which he mentioned that he ate eggs daily, which didn't go well with a few people who started to ask how is a Vegan if he eats eggs? 

However, finally, after a bit of trolling, the India captain has clarified that he was never a vegan but a vegetarian. 

His statement is true since in an interview, back in 2019, in which he had revealed that he has stopped eating non-vegetarian, Kohli particularly said that he was '90% animal protein free'.
