Need To Keep Emotions The Same, Irrespective Of The Result Says Anil Kumble

Kings XI Punjab(KXIP) head coach Anil Kumble has said that they need to keep the emotions the same irrespective of the result in a tournament like IPL. 

"In an IPL, you need to keep your emotions the same irrespective of what the result is," said Anil Kumble. 

Punjab lost their last match against Rajasthan Royals after scoring 223 runs in the first innings. Sanju Samson and Rahul Tewatia led the record run chase and won the match with three balls to spare. 

Anil Kumble credited Rajasthan Royals' batsmen for not giving up till the end. 

"Defending 223, more often than not, you end up on a winning side but credit to Rajasthan, till the end they didn't give up, they batted really well towards the end and took the game away from us," felt the head coach. 

Kings XI Punjab will be up against Mumbai Indians on 1st October, Thursday in Abu Dhabi.
