Clarke - "Obviously a great start to the series. WI showed a lot of fight today but credit to our bowlers for sticking in on this slow pitch. In the first innings we did really well with the ball which I thought was vital. Voges is a class act and has got his opportunity after some great performances in domestic circuit in Australia. It was nice to see him get going the way he did."
Ramdin - "We showed a lot of character through that partnership between Shane and Marlon but lost too many wickets in a heap. The first innings failure probably cost us the game. Bishoo's spell was a positive for us as he created opportunities for us. Our bowling is a positive we can take from this game but need to pull up our socks in batting."
