India vs Sri Lanka: Sri Lankan batters displayed a splendid performance in the 2nd T20I where the Lankans are fighting to stay alive in the series, and posted a total of 183 on the board after being asked to bat first. Chasing 184, India got off to a bad start after losing the in-form openers Rohit Sharma and Ishan Kishan inside the powerplay.

Before getting dismissed, Ishan Kishan received a blow to his head. On the 2nd delivery of the 4th over, Sri Lankan pacer Lahiru Kumara's bouncer struck Ishan Kishan on his helmet and Kishan looked dazzled for a bit after the impact. 

The 23-year old batter took off his helmet and sat on the ground, and the Indian physios rushed to the ground to check for concussion. The spectators feared that the batter might have suffered a serious blow and may go off the ground but after a brief stoppage, Ishan Kishan stood and got ready to bat.

However, his 15-ball-16 runs displayed an uncomfortable stay at the crease and was dismissed by the same bowler, Lahiru Kumara on the first delivery of the 6th over. The bouncer helped the Lankan team as Ishan Kishan didn't quite look in his original touch after the impact, seemed hurried at moments and almost gave away his wicket multiple times, finally throwing his wicket away.
