In the Elite Group B match of Ranji Trophy 2022-23 and smacked a double ton against Assam while playing for Maharashtra. In this match, Assam scored 274 runs in the first innings and in reply, Maharashtra attained a heavy lead courtesy of Kedar Jadhav's double ton.
Till the end of 2nd session on 3rd Day, Maharashtra scored 452 runs for 5 wickets, with Kedar Jadhav being unbeaten on 205 runs. Jadhav faced just 218 balls to score his 205 runs and laced his knock with 17 fours & 8 sixes. With this thunderous knock, Jadhav has been the point of talking on social media and the fans are sympathising with the all-rounder as well. The reason for this can be pinned on Kedar Jadhav being snubbed and had he played a similar knock prior to the mini-auction, he could've found a buyer. However, it is now too late for Jadhav to play in the lucrative T20 league.
