Jadhav faced just 218 balls to score his 205 runs and laced his knock with 17 fours & 8 sixes. With this thunderous knock, Jadhav has been the point of talking on social media and the fans are sympathising with the all-rounder as well. The reason for this can be pinned on Kedar Jadhav being snubbed and had he played a similar knock prior to the mini-auction, he could've found a buyer. However, it is now too late for Jadhav to play in the lucrative T20 league.

It is noteworthy that Kedar Jadhav's name wasn't included in the list of 405 players who underwent the hammer in the auction. The all-rounder had a below-par season in IPL 2021 with Sunrisers Hyderabad and hence none of the other franchises decided to bet on the 37-year-old player. Jadhav had kept his base price at 1 crore INR, he was also a part of the Indian squad in the 2019 World Cup.
