ISL champs Atletico de Kolkata to be feted Wednesday: Mamata

Kolkata, Dec 22 (IANS) The West Bengal government will felicitate Indian Super League champions Atletico de Kolkata Wednesday, Chief M inister Mamata Banerjee said here.

The felicitation ceremony would be held at the Netajji Indoor stadium in the presence of All India Football Federation president Praful Patel.

Terming it as a "proud moment" for the city, Banerjee Monday said "it is a big success".

The ISL franchisee showcased the trophy at Banerjee's office in the secretariat "Nabanna" during the day.

ATK won the inaugural ISL Dec 20 by defeating Kerala Blasters 1-0 in the final.
