India vs Sri Lanka: A month full of ups and downs for Ishan Kishan, is now finally seeing 'ups' with his bat. After being sold for at a price of Rs. 15.25 crores, Kishan performed much below his reputation against West Indies in the 3-match T20I series. However, the 23-year old opener gained his form as he scored 89 runs against Sri Lanka in the 1st T20I, and smacked Karunaratne for three consecutive fours during his knock.

After suffering from the bad form in the series against West Indies, Kishan was seen struggling against the Lankan bowlers when the innings started as there wasn't much bounce offered by the Ekana Stadium in Lucknow. However, in the third over itself, Kishan displayed his skills and proved why he's worth 15.25 crores.
